Owner and purpose of the service

Banco de Sueños is a self-tracking dream service operated by the owner of this platform (the "Owner"), reachable at info@jalmihub.com. The service lets you create a personal account and record dream narratives, places, people and relationships between entries, strictly for personal, educational and self-exploration purposes.

Acceptance of the terms

By completing the signup, activating the account and signing in, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy in their current version. If you disagree with any provision, you must not create an account or use the service. We publish the update date on this page and continued use after that date counts as acceptance of the changes.

Account and credentials

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password and the codes we email you confidential, and for telling us right away about any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or close accounts when there are signs of fraud, identity misuse, a breach of these terms, abusive automated activity or a valid request from a competent authority, notifying the registered email whenever possible.

User content

The dreams, places, people and links you upload are your own or were uploaded with respect for third-party privacy. You grant the Owner a limited, non-exclusive, free and revocable licence to store, process and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

You can export all your data from the "My data" section and delete your account at any time, which removes the content except for records we must keep by law.

Prohibited conduct

You must not impersonate others; upload unlawful, threatening content or content that violates third-party rights; attempt to access other people's accounts, databases or servers; reverse engineer, overload or mass-scrape the service; reintroduce data obtained from the site for commercial purposes; or use the service for purposes other than those set out in these terms.

Intellectual property

The site's brand, design, code and structure belong to the Owner or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. All rights reserved. Third-party marks and content are used with authorisation from their respective owners, and nothing in these terms transfers those rights.

Third-party services

The service relies on hosting and email delivery infrastructure provided by external vendors. The Owner selects providers with reasonable security and availability guarantees, but does not control all of their operations and is not liable for interruptions, data loss or failures attributable to them, except where the law requires otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, nor for how you interpret your own dream records. Banco de Sueños does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Changes to the terms

The Owner may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or functional changes. Updates take effect upon publication with the corresponding update date and, when substantial, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the site.

Jurisdiction and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Owner's country of residence. For questions, claims or notices, write to info@jalmihub.com. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that location, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Disclaimer

The accounts, interpretations and patterns you see in the service are subjective and reflect your own records. They do not constitute medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, do not replace a professional evaluation and are not a diagnosis of any condition. The Owner does not provide professional interpretation of your dreams or clinical recommendations: any reading you make of your records is your own responsibility.

Scientific and statistical purpose

Service data is used in aggregated and anonymized form for research and statistics about dreams, for scientific purposes and product improvement. Those aggregated datasets cannot identify you and are not sold or handed to third parties for commercial purposes. You can read the details in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party data

When you log data about family members, friends or other people, including deceased people, you declare that this information is your responsibility, that it was entered respecting their privacy and that you had their authorization or, where applicable, that of their legal guardians. The Owner does not verify or certify that authorization.

Usage analytics

The site includes a first-party tracker that measures the number of visits and their origin so the owner can verify revenue and improve the service. Only technical browsing information is recorded (page, referrer, device and daily uniqueness); never the content of your dreams, your email addresses or third-party data. You can opt out with your browser incognito mode.
